I am a self employed European Union V.A.T. registered person(Vat Reg No. LV*********49) and V.A.T. receipt will be provided with every single purchase. This means that if you are EU VAT registered business you can reclaim 21%(LV VAT rate) of the checkout price! If you are not VAT registered you have no need to worry me you will pay the listed price.

European Union Business Customers: EU VAT registered buyers (outside LV) do not need to pay VAT; in checkout choose Direct Bank Transfer, in Billing Details field Company Name after your company name write your V.A.T. number and fill other fields, and finally press Place Order. When I receive your order and on the basis of the information contained therein will send(to email) you an invoice.

If you are outside European union you heave 0% VAT pay. In checkout your billing and shipping country should be outside European Union and zero VAT rate automatically calculated for you.

I accept PayPal.

Bank money transfer. All related transaction fee’s for international transfers must be covered by the sender (you).  All payments to my account must be sent in EUR(Euro) from the senders account. Please make this clear when instructing your bank for payment.  YOU MUST INSTRUCT YOUR BANK TO SEND EUR ONLY! PAYMENTS IN OTHER CURRENCIES WILL INCURRED CONVERSION CHARGES FROM MY BANK AND YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED UNTIL PAYMENT BALANCE IS RECEIVED!

IMPORTANT: You MUST use the invoice number as the payment/transaction reference(purpose of the payment).

Customs

Orders shipped outside the European Union can be subject to custom controls for duties and  import Value Added Tax.
You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing products.
There is no way to predict your country’s customs/fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees.

Keep a printout of your email receipt because your customs office may request you to have a copy of it. If you do not pay the required brokerage fees, VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc – we are unable to issue any refunds.

If our devices are, for some reason, not legal in your country keep in mind that you are the only responsible for importing them. Make sure that they are allowed in your area before placing an order.

Processing

When I receive payment I will begin to process and dispatch your order.

I request that all invoices are paid within 5 working days of receipt. Stock cannot be reserved until cleared funds have been received.
